What a Wonderful Time of Year

We want to start off by saying that we hope all of our Family and Friends had a very Merry Christmas. This year we went to Wyoming to spend the holidays with my family. It was wonderful to spend time with them. On Christmas morning it was the longest morning ever because we had to wait by the phone to talk to my brother Denver, who is on his mission in France. Every time the phone rang all us girls got a little excited (of course we all know that my wonderful mother was the most excited). He was finally able to call around 12:30 our time, so it was around 7:30 pm in France. It was so exciting to talk to him, tease him a little, and to hear about his mission.
Earlier this year, when Ben and I were sealed, my brother also had his first baptism the same day. The first thing that he said to me when i was able to have my "alone time" to talk, was "Hey sis, I am excited that you were sealed the same day that i had a baptism!" I might have shed a tear...He is doing so good. He sounds like such a grown man. It made me feel to old to have a brother on a mission and sounding so grown up!!
